The Story
By understanding the way that your body currently works and moves, you will learn how to make adjustments in order to move optimally in your favorite sport, exercise, and daily life. Along the way, we will work on balancing asymmetries and providing solutions to movement problems so that you can achieve higher physical function while decreasing any existing pain and preventing injury.
Initial Evaluation
By assesing your posture and gait cycle, discussing goals, and reviewing medical history, we will create a plan to build your strongest foundation.
Massage technique that breaks up scar tissue while rehydrating your muscles. It is an efficient way to release tension, gradually allowing your body to move with less restriction.
Myofascial Release
Breathwork
Proper breathing patterns are essential for efficient movement and structural support. We’ll teach you how to create effective core pressure to support and stabilize your body during dynamic movement.
Posture
Correcting asymmetries through movement and creating better postural awareness will help to build a strong foundation within your body, alleviating pain, preventing injury, and improving overall functionality.
Corrective Exercises
Corrective exercise builds muscular integration through various ranges of motion creating connection with previously underutilized muscles.
Dynamics
We will incorporate dynamic exercises which replicate real life and athletic situations during our training. You will move more confidently, powerfully, and with more stability.
Neuro-Fitness
Neuro-Fitness incorporates movements which are based around the improvement of our neurological functions such as vision, smell, hearing, memory, and more.

Enjoying what you do will encourage you to continue your journey with strength and excitement. This is why I take the time to understand each client as an individual – figuring out their learning process, strengths, goals, and obstacles. Then, I create the training plan that best meets their needs. I provide a learning environment for clients in which we will work on coordination, rhythm, memory, strength, balance, and mobility while challenging our mind-body connection.

At a very young age, I became fascinated with movement and have been committed to understanding all facets of the industry. Now, having been a Personal Trainer and Performance Coach for 10 years, my passion and willingness to grow has not only helped me, but most importantly helped others. Having firsthand experience in various sports and martial arts allows me to understand the mechanics required for basic and complex movements within those sports. I have trained everyone from young children to seniors in both 1:1 and group settings.
